Avant Guard (AG) Formula 1051 is a premium surface protection system rated for a minimum of 10 years of protection and backed by manufacturer non-delamination warranty. 🛡️Key Benefits & Technology: -Advanced Water & Mineral Resistance Engineered to reduce water spotting and mineral buildup by allowing water to release quickly from the surface—helping maintain a cleaner finish and easier maintenance over time. -Polishable & Maintainable (Unlike PPF) Unlike paint protection film, Formula 1051 can be polished or paint-corrected in the future without full removal or reapplication, making long-term ownership more flexible and cost-effective. -Maximum Gloss Enhancement Designed to dramatically enhance gloss and depth, restoring clarity while adding measurable material back onto the paint surface. -Extreme Scratch Resistance Significantly more scratch-resistant than traditional ceramic coat 🔧 Preparation & Application: The vehicle is prepared using the same professional prep standards as a ceramic coating, including: -Thorough hand wash with engine bay detail -Chemical decontamination to remove iron particles, road film, and environmental fallout -Clay decontamination to remove bonded contaminants and leave the paint smooth The paint is then polished using a rotary machine to leave a “rotary signature” to ensure proper bonding. After preparation, Avant Guard Formula 1051 is applied evenly to the paint. Additional layers are optional and available upon request to increase thickness and durability. The coating will level and cure for a minimum of 48 hours in a shop-only controlled environment, resulting in a 2–3 day turn around. ➕ Optional Ceramic Coating Add-Ons: After Formula 1051 has fully cured, a ceramic coating may be applied upon request to additional exterior surfaces, including: -Wheel faces / rims – reduces brake dust buildup and simplifies cleaning -Exterior windows – improved visibility and easier maintenance -Textured plastic trim – added protection and long-term appearance retention Ceramic coating or paint protection film (PPF) may also be applied on top for additional protection (PPF installation is not offered in-house; trusted referrals are available upon request).
